Status Update
I have a few questions pertaining to the 14th amendment
-What makes you a citizen of the U.S.
-If your here illegally do we have to give you due process of the law as we would for a legal citizen.

Great question: they have committed a crime, but still have some rights, just as if we break the law, we have our 1st, 4th and 5th amendment rights, but as non- citizens, they can and I believe must be deported!
