Nazis occupied the village Sochy, killed 88 men, 45, children and 52 women and burnt everything down. Only blonde and blue-eyed kids were not murdered. They were selected and taken to Germany for adoption.
The inscription on the gate states "Do not kill". Interesting fact: according to survivors, "The worst were the Ukrainians who served the Germans, burned and murdered without mercy."
