On the other hand, even though laws have been passed to give ICE the power to do exactly as they are doing, the dems don't want to go through the trouble and time it would take to change those laws.
Instead, they lie and talk of 'unconstitutional' actions.
Its true that the constitution doesn't address ICE, but it doesn't address ANY of the other laws congress has passed since it was written either.
Even if what is going on IS unconstitutional, the place to deliberate is in the courts and Congress, Not in the streets.
