Medicare and Social Security Retirement would be gradually moved to 70 years old and then later based upon life expectancy (which has dropped dramatically to 76 for men since 2020, but they use 2016 numbers). And both will be "means tested" based on not only income but wealth. $775 billion we sent to Ukraine to fight a proxy war with Russia to protect American Oligarchy money laundering but the US can't afford a little more than 10% of that ($112 billion) to pay the non-payroll tax portion.
