How in the world can you justify sending a girl to HR and writing her up for needing to go to the bathroom?
Where I work there are two buildings. A coworker goes to the other building to wait on her boyfriend till he gets off work. One day she had to go to the bathroom while she was waiting. But, in that building it's all guys. So they asked if it was alright if she used the bathroom. They asked multiple bosses. They all said of course she could.
Apparently someone saw her and complained. She was sent to HR and written up. AND now is forbidden to even enter the building and wait in the break room for her boyfriend to get off work. Thoughts?
