Back at work today we were working on the Israeli order.
I finished up my part and asked the boss what he wanted me to do. He said help the guys crate the order.
I did and saw they were crating the wrong way. Told them that I was right there when the representatives were here and they literally showed me how they wanted it done. One of the guys went and got the boss.
He said yeah, he forgot (they already had 3 or 4 pallets done). He said just to correct it from here on out. That he wasn't worried about it because it wasn't a contract order. That they were just being pricks anyway.
The M.O. here has changed dramatically. I pray I haven't made a terrible mistake.
