The police should be required to stay in shape as part of their job requirements. It might be nice to learn how to de- escalate a situation. Liberals defunding the police is an obvious mistake.
Touching, spitting, throwing objects at a cop should be 1 year without question.
Police must be held to a higher standard as well and blasting someone with a stick or fist while on the ground, is an emotional response. Self control is necessary in that it deesculates the situation.
Unless attacked by force, control your emotions.
