Have always been into hot rods since I was 12 years old, and still very active in the hot rod culture. Started working in a flying 'A' service station at the age of 12, and by the time I was 17 I was a regular at the drag strip with my 1956 Ford Victoria "Gasser" that I had built. It ran a 427 Cobra Side Oiler with over 500 HP. and very seldom lost a race. I also had a very nice 57 Ford Fairlane 500 mild custom at the same time. It was my daily driver, as the 56 Vicky gasser was not very streetable at all. Now that I'm retired I spend a LOT of time in my shop with the hot rods. My two favorites are my1949 Ford mild custom that I built 31years ago, and the other one is a VERY nasty "Deuce" (1932) Ford Roadster with a 428 Roush Racing engine and 5 speed Tremec, with 4: 13 posi gears in the rear end. Some others that I have and did have are also posted. I have been in this hobby since I was 13, and have built and owned a lot of cars. When not on the road making money, I was in my shop spending it on Customs and Hot Rods. All said and done, I would still rather be back on the road in my gorgeous Peterbilt. I miss that lifestyle.
