View MoreSharing this: NOT SURE IF ANYONE SAW THE TRUCKDRIVER WHISTLEBLOWER NEWS CONFERENCE as it appears to have dissapeared from FACEBOOK. A 16-wheeler driver for the US POST OFFICE stated on OCT 21 he saw his trailer loaded with BALLOTS IN SIGNED ENVELOPES ( in blue containers ( ready for counting) IN BEDFORD, NEW YORK. (The pickup location may have been out of the norm for his usual routine, but I did not catch the early part of the news conference). HIS destination was first the U.S. POST OFFICE in HARRISBURG, PA then the one in LANCASTER, PA. HE arrived in HARRISBURG at his normal time but instead of backing into one of 7 docks to unload the first part of his delivery, and be on his way, he was told to wait... and wait... for 6 hours. A TOP TRANSPORTATION OFFICIAL ( who NEVER meets with drivers...only their boss ...) then arrived to personally see him. HE was then told to deliver the TOTAL load to LANCASTER. NORMAL procedure requires trucks to be sealed with barcodes, and barcodes to be scanned upon arrival, to verify deliver times, that trailer was at correct destination, and contents had not been disturbed. It is then resealed for trip to secondary locations. DRIVERS upon arrival are provided tickets or slips for their records to PROVE DELIVERY TIME and LOCATION. If there are DELAYS, drivers are entitled to tickets in order to be PAID for delays that ARE NOT THEIR FAULT. Since the driver's HARRISBURG load was NOT permitted to be unloaded at that time he requested a TICKET from this superior that covered his ass. He was under the impression he would have to retrace his steps from Lancaster back to Harrisburg to deliver the load the next day. The P.O. Exec angrily REFUSED to provide ANY TICKET or anything in writing. The driver proceeded to Lancaster, PA, most likely arriving after closing time, backed his Truck to the dock, unhooked his cab and parked it at his normal spot. Upon arriving the next morning to pick up HIS trailer he found it missing. HIS TRUCK cab apparently had extra miles put on it over the night. No one has located the trailer. Only witnesses are 2 other drivers/employees from Harrisburg who confirm parts of his story. When the yogurt hit the fan in this election, his totally out of norm day caused him to tell authorities. An INVESTIGATOR met with Post Office officials who confirmed about 9 parts of protocol that were ignored. INVESTIGATION determined as many as 288,000 signed ballots could have arrived in the load from NEW YORK to PA 2 weeks before election day... in containers sorted and ready to count. These trucks and trailers can be traced by GPS. There COULD have been other truck loads. THIS DRIVER apparently was mistakenly provided this load ( of apparent fake ballots).
