My religious freedoms and civil liberties were
taken from me. I had the right to refuse medication. I had the right to refuse to consent to their medical.
Is fasting a religious right? Do they have the right to treat me like a mental health patient and Baker Act me with no cause?
I am asking if you think it fair and just to Baker Act someone because you do not agree or understand a person's religion? That is a judgment that need not be entered upon lightly.
