If she gets you to another messaging app she claims to be from Bristol Connecticut, then claims she was brought to Hopkins Hospital "in Maryland", then sends copied text, supposedly from an email from Healing Fields Hospital. Looked up healing fields hospital: it is in Lagos, Nigeria. The text of which looks like it was edited from a similar known scam.
She claims she has "menstrual disorder" and had to have surgery and is in need of some medicines.
Then she demands help and money. If you refuse and ask for evidence she keeps suggesting she send you pictures of "her vagina" to show a scar, even if you tell "her" not to she eventually does. There is no scar by the way, she just sends you porn.
Honestly it was really fun wasting "her" time, though I would have prefered not to be sent porn after explicitly telling someone not to. Have fun with it, don't give him any useful information. Lie to him and waste his time as long as you can so he can't scam other people.
