This is a very precise, meaning, exact, statement.
The Lord is God, there is none above Him.
He created everything, seen, and unseen, at His pleasure.
Who can hold the wind? But here it says, it comes out of God's treasuries.
All things are under His hand.
The term "mother nature" comes from Greco-Roman time, it derives from those who would not submit to the Creator, and you can see in History, many in power, refuse to be under the rule of the Almighty.
The devil has many followers.
It is God, who made us, and all, shall appear before Him, alone, no mother, friends, or spouse, with one exception.
The followers of Christ, have an advocate, Christ Himself, is their legal practitioner.
He declares, the debt for sin, is paid in full.
Submission to Christ brings its own reward, but where did mother nature, offer eternal life, or forgiveness of sin.
Do not get entangled, in the world's lies, the Lord is True. Amen
