This is the degenerate in Elkhart, Indiana that allowed kids to live without windows. While he did nothing to help them for 11 months, kids had to live in negligent and abusive conditions because Chad Crabtree was too lazy to do his job as a teacher and an Elkhart City Council man. This man has nothing but a goddamn pathological liar that has to hide behind other people because he’s nothing but a coward plain and simple. He should’ve never been elected the city council, but the other candidate dropped out and we got stuck with this brain, dead son of a bitch that doesn’t care about kids unless they’re a photo opportunity for him
