An incriminating text message on Omar's sister’s phone led to the raid on Omar's home about her allegedly lying about her immigration status. A judge saw the text and immediately issued a warrant. The CA Post reported, "Federal investigators seized the phone of Omar’s sister, Sahra Noor, earlier this year, as they began looking into whether Somalia-born Omar conspired to commit immigration fraud."Tom Homan said that there's a good case for immigration fraud and deportation.
