9.00pm Sunday night nothing is locked behind cages why? Because we don't have a Public Bus System for shuttling Shoplifting criminals. One of the local universities had a bus that would shuttle students from the Northside to the universities. The Thugs found out and used the bus system to travel from the hood to get easy pickings as everything isn't behind a cage. They TERMINATED the Bus due to CRIME. The only instance of crime is usually propagated by these "migrants" from the hood.
