David Beamer, whose son Todd Beamer was among the passengers who fought back against hijackers aboard United Flight 93 on September 11, 2001, is narrating a new political ad backing Republican Senate candidate Mike Rogers against Michigan Democratic nominee Abdul El-Sayed. The ad centers on El-Sayed's association with streamer Hasan Piker, including footage of the two campaigning together at Michigan State University and the University of Michigan in April. “The 43 people on Flight 93 were not victims, they were killed in action. When I hear anyone suggest America deserved 9/11, my question is, ‘Who would say that?'” Beamer says in the ad.
