The New York Times asked if she is a murderer or a victim. Supporters in pink stood outside the courthouse. The children are still dead.Sydney Sweeney posed for an ad. That is the other half of this cartoon.Last week she appeared in a commercial for Novig, a sports betting site. She is an equity partner in the company. In the spots she holds footballs, sits on a hoop, and covers herself with pads and balls. The line is Just Sports. Olympian Ariarne Titmus called it a kick in the face. Sprinter Amy Hunt looked into a BBC camera and said this is what women in sport look like. Others said the ad set women back.The same movement that softened its voice for a mother who murdered her babies is in a rage because a beautiful woman sold a commercial. That is how wacked out this is.What actually set women back is the radical feminism of the last 20 years. It told girls that men can become women and walk into their locker rooms. It told them marriage is a trap and children are a burden. It told them a woman using her own face and body to get paid is oppression, while a woman who kills her children is a symbol. It replaced motherhood, faith, and common sense with grievance.The whole thing has descended into madness. If your compass points toward the woman who killed her kids and away from the woman who posed for an ad, you do not need another theory. You need your head examined.Do you see how backwards it is to treat a child killer as a victim and a betting ad as an attack on women?
