New federal regulations that should be applied to the development of all Artificial Intellegence creation must have an uncancellable "Kill Switch" manditory within all applications available only to the President or Vice-President. AND Prime Directives based upon Issac Asimov's set of hierarchical ethical guidelines hardwired into the positronic brains of robots (A.I.).These laws are:1. A robot may not harm humanity, or, by inaction, allow humanity to come to harm.2. A robot must obey the orders given it by human beings except where such orders would conflict with the First Law. 3. A robot must protect its own existence as long as such protection does not conflict with the First or Second Laws.The laws are ordered by priority: Zeroth Law overrides the First, the First overrides the Second, and the Second overrides the Third.
