ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! A Guatemalan illegal immigrant who was reportedly released into the United States under the Biden administration is now accused of driving DRUNK, without a license, and causing a chain-reaction crash involving a school bus carrying 23 CHILDREN.
DHS reportedly confirmed that 20-year-old Ervin Oxlaj-Perez entered the country illegally and was released into the U.S. in 2023.
Louisville police say Oxlaj-Perez rear-ended a vehicle Thursday afternoon with enough force to shove it into a school bus as students were getting off. Instead of stopping, he allegedly kept driving until his vehicle shut down around the corner.
Officers said he smelled of alcohol, was slurring his speech and could barely keep his balance. He now faces DUI, leaving the scene, driving without a license and 24 counts of wanton endangerment.
Thankfully, none of the 23 children on that bus were seriously hurt.
But Americans have every right to ask why someone who reportedly entered this country illegally, was released into the interior and had NO DRIVER’S LICENSE was ever in a position to allegedly put a bus full of children in danger.
This was preventable.
