Eleven jurors are reportedly voting NOT GUILTY, with just ONE holdout refusing to agree.Reddington argued that it would be “shameful” to allow a single juror to cause a mistrial. Implying 11 are voting not guilty, and 1 is preventing it. (because why would he want the one preventing a guilty verdict kicked??)
