YES! In July I saw 2 beautiful cats lying on the side of the road. One was a long haired Siamese and the other was a very white long haired cat with dark vivid black spots on its back. Both of their faces were pointing towards the road and their bottoms pointing towards the concrete barrier separating the North and South bound lanes. It was heartbreaking to see and it angered me because the no kill shelter was only a mile away. If a person doesn't like their cats or their partners cats then take them to a place where they can be safe, taken care of, and given the chance to find a new loving home. Those 2 cats were gorgeous, and my heart still hurts for them. May they rest in peace cradled in the palms of God. I hope karma kicks that person in the ass really f'n hard.
