I think they should just give up on solar unless the can come up with a smaller footprint that can produce a massive amount of energy. Of course they can't. Some technology just isn't practical.

Cities need the Power, Cities need the Water as well thus tear up the ground for their pipe, pollute the ground water to Lakes. Hand dug wells are GONE undrinkable. No plan to change to Sea for Water. No BACKUP TILL IT'S " GONE ".
