1. The primary responsibilities and obligations of the federal government are to protects the lives, liberty, rights and property of the citizens, defend the domestic borders and protect this nation from the misadventures of its enemies, establish and maintain public works and infrastructure, establish Justice for all without prejudice, promote freedom of choice, personal responsibility and the general wellbeing for ourselves and our posterity, to avoid interfering in the daily lives of its citizens and to avoid legislating morality or social obligation.
2. Representatives shall be limited to a total of four terms or eight years sequential or not, in the House of Representatives. A Representative shall have attained the Age of twenty-five Years, been a Citizen of the United States and when elected be an Inhabitant of that State in which he shall be chosen.
3. Senators shall be limited to a total of two terms or twelve years sequential or not, in the Senate. A Person shall qualify to be a Senator who has attained to the Age of thirty Years, a Citizen of the United States and who shall when elected, be an Inhabitant of that State for which he shall be chosen.
4. Congressional redistricting shall occur every ten years or as deemed necessary by the State legislature, to reposition geographic boundaries in order to be fair and just to accommodate the reapportionment of a shifting population according to the official United States census. This shall be done by impartial and unbiased computer program to choose the most efficient district boundaries that shall consist of no more than six straight sides excepting any boundary that is waterborne such as an ocean, lake, river or stream.
5. No law, varying the compensation for the services of the Senators and Representatives, shall take effect, until an election of representatives shall have intervened. Said compensation shall be in an amount not more than one half (½) the amount of compensation for the President of the United States of America which shall be no more than twice the amount of the average income of the American tax payer.
6. The Senate shall have the sole Power to try all Impeachments. When sitting for that Purpose, they shall be on Oath or Affirmation. When the President of the United States is tried, the Chief Justice shall preside and when a Supreme Court Justice is tried the President Pro-tempore of the Senate shall preside:
7. Congress shall make no law that does not apply equally to themselves as it does to all other citizens, as well as congress shall take no privileges that do not apply to all other citizens.
8. all primary elections shall be held no more than ninety days prior to the general election and no election campaigning or fund raising shall commence more than ninety days prior to the primary election. All campaign fund raising shall limited to registered voters only. No political party, corporate, group, association, union, PAC or Super-PAC campaign contributions shall be allowed. Political campaign contributions shall not to exceed the sum equal to two weeks average pay as determined by the bureau of statistics, adjusted every ten years.
9. No candidate for President, Senator or Representative shall accept campaign funds or donations except from individual registered voters from their district, nor shall they accept gratuities, emoluments, gifts or other items of value in consideration for their vote or service in office. No Senator or Representative shall hold an active license to practice law, broker securities or Real Estate, or be an active corporate officer or board member.
10. All lobbying of congress shall be expressly forbidden except by the direct constituency of individual registered voters.
11. No federal office holder, official, administrator, bureaucrat or cabinet member shall trade in stocks, bonds, mutual funds or other equities while in office. All investments shall be placed in a restricted trust fund until such time as they leave government service.
12. Each bill shall be separate unto it-self consisting of only one item, project, proposal or law and shall be voted on by both houses of congress based on its own merits; no riders, attachments, amendments, addenda or additions shall be included.
13. The Congress shall have the power to borrow Money on the credit of the United States but only in as much as is required in times of declared national emergency and to be paid back in full within sixty months; no long-term indebtedness shall be encured or allowed. A balanced budget shall be required by law with no exceptions and no appropriation bill shall be passed by either house without full appropriate funding available and earmarked to cover the expenditure incurred by such bill. 5% of all annual revenues shall be applied to the national debt until it is completely eliminated.
14. Congress shall establish fair anti-trust rules and promote competition, protect citizens from unfair business practices and regulate dangerous practices and procedures for all interstate commerce and interstate business concerns. Limited liability corporations operating in multiple States and/or foreign nations with officers and board members personally responsible for their own actions and subject to criminal penalties there from. The States shall have the authority to issue and regulate limited liability corporations within the jurisdiction of that State however, limited liability of a privately held corporation does not extend to corporate officers or the board of directors in the case of criminal activity.

No foreign national shall be allowed to enter the United States without an Official Passport and any required Visa’s, failure to renew a Visa in a timely manner is cause for immediate deportation. The Congress shall have the power to establish a uniform Rule of Naturalization, but not restrict immigration except by required legal documentation of 1. Birth Certificate from country of origin, 2. Certificate of Health in good standing, 3. No criminal record or background, 4. Official letter of intent for employment from bonified United States business concern. Any foreign national that has been previously deported shall be banned from entering the United States in perpetuity.
16. The exclusive power and authority to coin Money, regulate the Value thereof, and of foreign Coin, create, print, issue and distribute currency that shall be backed by gold and fix the Standard of Weights and Measures; will rest with the congress and be approved by the President.
17. The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on business profits only, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States.
18. No candidate for the office of President shall accept campaign funds or donations (except from individual registered voters), nor accept gratuities, emoluments, gifts or other items of value in consideration for his service in office. No person elected to the office of the President shall hold an active license to practice law, broker securities or Real Estate, or be an active corporate officer or board member during the time for which he or she is elected. All lobbying of the President shall be forbidden except by the direct constituency of individual registered voters.
19. The Federal Reserve Board is hereby abolished. The charter for the Federal Reserve Bank is revoked and no private Bank, corporation or private institution shall be granted power to issue, print, produce or otherwise authorize United States currency.
20. Public corporations are expressly forbidden to merge, purchase or otherwise acquire any other public corporation. Executive officers and board members of corporate entities shall remain personally liable for all criminal actions taken by them in the name of the corporation.
