John NolteFauci was fully pardoned by Joe Biden. This removes his right to plead the Fifth because you can only plead the Fifth if you are in legal jeopardy. Prosecutors frequently give immunity to legally compel an uncooperative witness to testify. The pardon gives Fauci this same immunity. So…With this immunity, Fauci had two choices. He could either testify truthfully — or — because he didn’t want to testify truthfully, risk a contempt charge — risk that prosecution. Think about this…Even with the immunity of a blanket pardon, Fauci CHOSE to risk the prosecution of a contempt charge rather then tell truths he could not be prosecuted for. Hopefully, he will be charged with contempt. But think about a guy who faced no legal jeopardy if he told the truth choosing to risk prosecution to avoid telling truth.
