Today or That Day?"The word that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day.” — John 12:48 (KJV) Many people reject the Bible with remarkable confidence. They mock its commands, dismiss its warnings, and treat God's Word as though it were merely another opinion. Today, they believe they are the judge of Scripture. But today is not the only day.The Bible speaks of another day—the day every man and woman will stand before the Author of the Word they rejected. On that day, no one will debate God, correct God, or vote against His truth. Every excuse will vanish, and every heart will know that His Word was right all along. The Scriptures declare: "That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow... And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father." (Philippians 2:10–11 KJV)Those who refused to bow in humble faith today will bow in absolute certainty that day. God will settle forever every doubt, every denial, and every argument. Every heart will acknowledge His truth. But there is a solemn warning: the Day of Judgment is not the day of repentance. The opportunity to believe Christ is today. "Seek ye the LORD while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near." (Isaiah 55:6 KJV)When the books are opened and Christ judges the world, it will not be time to ask for another chance. The time to repent, believe the Gospel, and receive His mercy is now.Don't wait until that day to discover what you could have believed today.
