The 50-year-old CEO of Future Leaders "Early Learing [sic] Center" in Minneapolis admitted to submitting more than 13,000 fraudulent claims between October 2022 and December 2025. She falsely certified that her center collected copayments from low-income families, a required condition for getting taxpayer reimbursement. She then pocketed the tax dollars meant to help working parents afford childcare.
