When I first became an Avon rep back in 2006-2012, I had several reps under me but leadership was not always something I wanted to do. It was new and confusing. The recruits did not last long. So when I decided to come back to Avon in 2019, I did not want a leadership position. That was until this week. On July 4, I got a text from a neighbor, I never met , saying she just signed up under me and OMG I am so excited!!!!! And now I would love to add more to my team. Adriana joined Avon for free.
