Charleston, South Carolina, US 1865 The Charleston Orphan House was built from 1792 and 1794 Demolished in 1951 to make way for a parking lot! The "original" Neue Pinakothek, Munich, Germany 1860. A museum...Heavily damaged in WW2 and eventually demolished. The old city hall in Saginaw, Michigan, was said built in 2 years, opening in 1893 It was said to have been poorly constructed, but served as the city hall until it caught fire in 1935! Construction began in 1863 completed in the late 1860s Cracker Castle, St. Louis, Missouri.
