🎇This Independence Day, celebrate safely! 🎇
Fireworks are beautiful but can cause serious injuries and fires when misused.
Quick Safety Reminders:
*Always have a responsible adult supervising.
*Keep a bucket of water or hose nearby to douse duds and embers.
*Light fireworks one at a time on a flat, open surface away from people, pets, homes, and dry grass.
*Wear eye protection and never point or throw fireworks.
*Never allow children to handle fireworks.
*If a firework doesn’t go off, treat it as dangerous—don’t relight it.
*Dispose of used fireworks by soaking them in water before throwing them away.
*Follow all local laws and permit requirements.
Let’s keep this 4th of July injury-free and fun for everyone!
Stay safe. Stay legal. Celebrate responsibly.
