Birthright Citizenship.. that is the SCOTUS decision we are all waiting for within the next few days… hopefully It’s astonishing to me that we even are at this junction in the road where we need SCOTUS to decide the life and death of America. While I am hopeful for the best in all circumstances… we kinda have to be… and it will truly be a miracle if it is overturned.. the mountain is steep. If they do not overturn it, there are two final plays left. 1. What SHOULD HAPPEN— The better and more PERMANENT solution — a constitutional amendment (2/3 vote in both houses of Congress + ratification by at least 38 states). This is extremely difficult.. and ironically, such a legislative attempt exists right now — the Birthright Citizenship Act of 2025 (H.R. 569), which seeks to redefine “subject to the jurisdiction” in statute. It was introduced in January 2025 and referred to committee but has not advanced significantly. Maybe it might grow legs if SCOTUS rules against.. 2. If the above fails, the only other way is the Military. President Trump, as the Commander in Chief, has the constitutional duty to use the full force of the U.S. Military to take over. Stay faithful and keep praying about it. I have a feeling it will all work out in the end.
