It's hard to believe in Washington DC that they'd have a Rodeo. A city of cement and blacktop roads. No support structures for Livestock. No Pens or buildings for cattle or even Horses. Then the cost if they find a place. Then the city would raise HELL as well for Livestock as well. Then the complaints would follow by Locals who want to hate the Celebrations of the 4th of July.
