We both photos taken at high tide or low tide? Most of the photos on the internet dealing with "rising water" are made by deceptive people taking an old photo at low tide and comparing it to a modern photo at high tide. Most places that show much higher water levels tend to be in areas where the land is sinking. You compare that to areas where land has been rising and you see the real comparison.
