Victory‼️ Today, the Supreme Court unanimously affirmed the Second Amendment rights of citizens in the case United States v. Hemani, striking down the conviction of Hemani for possession of a firearm while being a marijuana user, and reinforcing that a firearm restriction passes muster only if consistent with the Amendment's text, history, and tradition.
