MAGA LIES APON LIESTommy Tuberville could be KICKED OFF the Alabama governor’s race ballot over the one question he keeps dodging.Senator Tommy Tuberville (R-AL) has spent years dodging one simple question: Does he actually live in Alabama? Now, a Montgomery court is going to force him to answer it under oath — and his campaign for governor may not survive it.Two military veterans filed a "quo warranto" lawsuit Wednesday challenging Tuberville's eligibility to be Alabama's Republican nominee for governor, arguing he fails to meet the state constitution's requirement of being a resident for seven consecutive years. Here's why THIS lawsuit is the one Tuberville has been dreading. Every previous challenge was tossed — either dismissed on technicalities or heard by the Alabama Republican Party itself, which was NEVER going to boot its own candidate. But a quo warranto challenge is different. It goes before an actual JUDGE, held to actual legal standards, with EXPEDITED discovery that could force Tuberville to hand over documents and sit for depositions in WEEKS.And what documents! The plaintiffs are demanding Tuberville's state and federal tax returns, utility bills showing power and water usage at BOTH homes, and answers to a brutal question: how many nights per week does he actually spend in Alabama? The facts don't look good for the Coach. Tuberville claims residency through a modest 1,500-square-foot Auburn home his family owns — a property his own family reportedly calls "The Game Day House" because he's only there for athletic events. Meanwhile, he and his wife have owned a 5,000-square-foot BEACH HOUSE in Santa Rosa, Florida, since 2004, where records suggest he spends most of his time. He even voted in FLORIDA in 2018.Attorney Barry Ragsdale isn't messing around — and he has the receipts to prove it. He's the SAME lawyer who brought a residency challenge against Alabama Rep. David Cole in 2023. That case ended with Cole ARRESTED, CONVICTED of voter fraud, and REMOVED from office.Ragsdale's warning was pointed: "If a politician will lie and cheat to get into office, ask yourself what he'd be willing to do once he gets power."Tuberville calls it a "witch hunt." Soon he'll have to call it something else: testimony.
