President Trump says the massive "Arts of War" sculptures near the National Mall are being re-gilded ahead of Independence Day, with work expected to be completed by July 3. Trump shared behind-the-scenes photos Friday showing artisans applying new gold leaf to the historic sculptures. He said gilders were brought in from around the country to complete the project.
