AK Houchen Here’s My Two Cents:Spencer Pratt and Steve Hilton present a serious, long-term threat to the Democratic Party establishment, but not in the way you may be thinking. If one or both candidates win their elections in November, there is only a small chance that either one will be able to make dramatic changes to how California is run.The legislature will still have a supermajority of hardcore leftists, and they will do everything they can to block or delay Pratt's or Hilton's improvement plans. It will be a constant uphill battle.Still, a stalemated California Legislature is better than an active one.How Pratt and Hilton become a major problem for the left is their willingness to work with the DOJ to uncover Medicare and Medicaid fraud, hospice care fraud, the billion-dollar homeless industry, the high-speed rail debacle**,** and**,** as of today, massive voter fraud.They may not be able to get any of their policy ideas passed, but they sure can cooperate with the DOJ and put folks behind three-inch plexiglass.
