The original ICA which found NO Russia Collusion tied to Trump or the election.6. Obama greenlights the new ICA to be written by the IC, which includes the CIA, in coordination with the FBI, and NSA conducting the first draft. Then 5 CIA analyst write the new fabricated final version of the ICA by the 22nd of December, 2016 to tie Trump to Russia.This is treason.
