When a man stands beneath a sky filled with countless stars, he is looking at the handiwork of a God so great that He not only created them, but...
“He telleth the number of the stars; he calleth them all by their names.” (Psalm 147:4 KJV).
The same God who holds galaxies in place is not confused, nervous, or overwhelmed by the problems that trouble us.
What feels gigantic to us is still small before an Almighty God.
Bills, sickness, fear, betrayal, uncertainty, and burdens may shake our hearts, but they have never shaken His throne.
The God who keeps billions of stars steady knows exactly what He is doing with your life also.
Many people spend their lives acting as though their problems are bigger than God Himself.
They panic, worry, complain, and lose sleep over things they cannot control. Yet the Lord who stretched out the heavens has never once lost control of His creation.
The stars have not fallen.
The sun still rises.
His Word still stands.
His promises have not changed.
If God can govern the universe with perfect wisdom and power, then surely He is able to guide your tomorrow.
Sometimes the greatest comfort in life is simply remembering how small we are — and how great God is.
