Dearborn Public Schools says that 206 servings of pizza containing pepperoni made with both beef and pork were mistakenly served to students at O.L. Smith Middle School during an eight day period between February 23 and March 5, which overlapped with Ramadan. The district said the pepperoni was not halal certified and described the incident as a human error. Officials issued an apology to families, launched an audit, added another halal-certified food supplier, and said new staff training and safeguards are being implemented to prevent it from happening again.

Muslims fast during Ramadan during the day, so its all good.

Who cares. They must adapt to our culture, not us to theirs. If they don't if they want to eat halal do it on their own. How much are schools spending on halal food? Another waste of money.
My best solution is to send them back to where they came from.
