BREAKING - SPRINGFIELD, IL - Billionaires Bill Gates and George Soros have begun the process of purchasing vast swaths of land in Illinois in anticipation of Republican HB-4765 passing. HB-4765 is a Republican authored bill intended to allow more votes for Republican farmers who own large plots of land. The bill also indicates residency is not required to vote. Republicans in the state legislature are scrambling as they realize the bill is backfiring. They did not anticipate large Democratic purchases of land in the state. The bill is up for a vote and cannot be rescinded. It is expected to pass with 100% of the democratic caucus vote.
