Long Past Due. US should have made arrangements or plans to Move US Forces closer to the Threat. German have wanted " YANKEE'S " out of Germany for Years. Unfortunately the COST will be HIGH. KEEPING US Forces in Foreign Countries is NOT CHEAP and the Taxpayer gets SCREWED. Agreements with these Countries is Costly. As Land is not cheap and neither is a LEASE. Buildings and support structures as well is costly. Time another factor as well. Other Countries are more supportive to US Military Forces. Germans will LOOSE JOBS as a result as Agreements to Hire Germans over American's will end as well. Some Villages will suffer if Forces move as well. Congress has over spent and still PAYING WASTE SPENDING instead of CUTTING OFF these Past SPENDING Programs. As the US Debt is added to to keep the Over Spent Government afloat.
