He won't "step down." (B|M)itch McCONnel won't let him. He'll need to be removed. All it takes to start that is 5 (F-I-V-E) senators to take their balls out of the storage box long enough to get the process of voting to replace him moving. I keep hoping there are at least 5 that can talk their wives, boyfriends, honeypots, transbender honies or whomever/whatever they're in a relationship with to let them have the key to the lockbox long enough to put their balls on and get things started. But so far my hopes keep getting dashed because I can't remember hearing even one bringing it up.
