The Last Words Of Jesus Christ Revelation 22:20-21 “He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.” The last words of the Lord Jesus Christ to the world was “Surely I come quickly.” It is a word of promise. He said He was coming again and we can rest assured in His promise. Some golden daybreak Jesus shall come! John replied to the promise with an “Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus.” The promise is stated and the desire for the promise to be fulfilled is answered. John then lets us know how we wait for Christ’s return. We wait through the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ. Through the grace of God we carry on the work of God in this present world. That work is described by Jesus in Matthew 28:19-20 “Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.” Jesus Christ is coming again. Do you carry a desire for the return of the Lord Jesus Christ? While we wait there is a work for us to do! Tell others about Jesus Christ.
