A federal watchdog is hitting the FBI with a 20 day deadline to hand over internal records amidst allegations of "excessive drinking" and "unexplained absences".Watchdog group Democracy Forward has formally requested all of Patel's calendars as well as any FBI communications connected to him that contain the words "drinking," "drunk," "hungover," "alcohol," "asleep," "passed out," or "inebriated." Under FOIA, the FBI is legally obligated to provide those records. 🎈
