This is teacher, Chad Crabtree in Elkhart, Indiana a teacher at Westside middle school that let kids live with no windows in their home for over 11 months, including subzero temperatures while he did absolutely nothing to help them. Negligent and abusive teachers, regardless of what they do like this does not negate the fact that they have no business being in a classroom.
