I believe this- Read long ago about what those drugs do, or don’t do actually. My sister got acid reflux from fosamax, flu symptoms and sick as a dog from Reclast, and 2 neighbors spontaneously broke bones, one breaking her humerus making her bed.

Bone density is compared to a 30 year olds bones. Of course people will have osteopenia and osteoporosis when older.
