Just watched a video of the Teen takeover in DC , I thought I was watching a Tarzan movie... Since when is this crap tolerated , since when are parents not held responsible ?? DC should impose and enforce a 6pm to 6am curfew for anyone under the age of 18 , the only exception is going to or from a job.. Parents should be fined $500 for 1st offense & $1000 for each offense there after.. They brought this on themselves..
