The most influential podcaster in America just told his audience he has no political home — and millions of people felt that in their bones.
Joe Rogan made the declaration on Wednesday’s episode of The Joe Rogan Experience during a conversation with comedian Arsenio Hall. He said neither party makes sense to him, called the two-party system inherently flawed, and compared political loyalty to blindly rooting for a sports team. This comes after months of increasingly sharp criticism of the Trump administration, including on mass deportation, the Epstein files, and the conflict with Iran.
What makes this significant is who is saying it. Rogan endorsed Trump in 2024 and attended the inauguration. He is not a left-wing commentator looking for a reason to criticize. He is a man with the largest podcast audience on earth saying out loud what tens of millions of Americans already feel — that neither side fully represents them and both demand loyalty over logic.
The deeper truth here is one the Church has understood for two thousand years. No political party was ever meant to carry the weight of your identity. Platforms shift. Politicians disappoint. Ideologies evolve into something unrecognizable within a single generation. The only foundation that never moves is the one that was never built by human hands.
“Do not put your trust in princes, in human beings, who cannot save.” — Psalm 146:3
Your citizenship in Heaven does not require a voter registration card. And no party platform will ever be wide enough to hold the fullness of biblical truth.
