Found this flyer on my door. The asshole HOA is at it again to harass homeowners and to collect illegal fines for their treasury. It is the city's responsibility to keep the alley way clear of weeds (NOT the property owner) except for the property fenceline. Seems the city is in cahoots with the HOA to rake residents.....😡😡😡
