Last night at 3am, Friday, the Senate passed a Trojan Horse bill that risks undermining border security under the guise of averting a crisis. While the bill funds over 94% of D.H.S., Dept. Of Homeland Security operations, it specifically starves key enforcement arms, including:🔺️Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) within I.C.E. Immigration Customs Patrol and primary C.B.P., Customs Border Patrol functions.🔺️The current language effectively eliminates "ZERO" future funding for I.C.E. and C.B.P. enforcement. 🤬 Without this funding, there will be no border enforcement, support staff, case processing, legal reviews, or deportation flights. Consequently, mass deportations would remain stalled.🔺️The democrats have told us what they want for months. 🔺️They want to introduce a requirement for judicial warrants for all removals. 🔺️Because these court orders must be signed by a neutral judge or magistrate, the process can take several days depending on complexity and judge availability, further hindering timely enforcement. 🤬Multiply this by millions of illegal aliens, the result is an impossible process. 👉This is what demonRats wants: 1. No I.C.E., Immigration Customs Enforcement 2. no C.B.P., Customs Border Patrol 3. no deportations4. amnesty for the millions of illegal aliens already here.👉A nation that defunds and hamstrings its own deportation machinery while funding the administrative state signals weakness to cartels, traffickers, and foreign adversaries. 👉We must prioritize the functions that actually deter illegal entry and ensures unobstructed removals to maintain our national sovereignty. 👉This country cannot afford to continue to attract illegals that take advantage of our taxpayer funding. I.C.E. Immigration Customs Enforcement and C.B.P. Customs Border Patrol are the mechanisms America has to ensure this for our Citizens.
